Not to sound like a complete internet psycho but If I didn't get my alone time everyday I'd go crazy! I think my own company is sooooo much better than other peoples!

Lonliness is verry important to allow meditation ,self construction,'detachment" and other little vantages; The problem is thad in the promicuous society we live in and educated by stressed and elswhere occupied parent's much poeple are afraid to stay alone!
