Do level 2 people have to be more picky about the questions they answer?!

No, I don't think so.
Until you get to level 5, you have a limit to how many questions you can answer each day. Of course, you do get 2 points per answer, whether they are sh*t questions that you can give flip answers to, or good questions you can give good, well thought out answers to. So you have to decide if you would rather get your points 2 at a time for flip answers, or 10 at a time for best answers.
A little bit, because before you know it, you will max out your answers I used to do it all of the time when I was a level two. Actually now that I am a level four, I rarely max out.
