YES!!!! My sister is out of town so we're watching her german shephard. I love dogs, but her dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG and kept me up.
If any of our neighbors happened to be looking out of their windows last night then they'll probably think I'm crazy after seeing me running around the yard in my nightgown chasing a dog with a broom.

As a dog lover I realize that's how they talk and my dogs go to bed when I do they really don't bark at night and I don't notice the neighbors dogs unless I am awake
No, but since I live right across a night club that is open almost every day, it gets pretty damn noisy at night. Lucky for me, I'm able to manage. Hee. XD
My bedroom is pretty well sound proofed, but I do have two neighbors with dogs that bark constantly. I like dogs, but I've never wanted to shoot one so badly. I wouldn't do that, though.
