Can someone please help me ..... ? (serious answers only please)?!

Question: I had a job interview this morning and I am writing a thank you note to my potential new boss.

How does this sound ...?

"Dear Mr. Freiyhoffermyers:

Thank you so much for taking the time to interview me.

I am more convinced than ever that I want to be a professional Ventriloquist.

Thank you for letting me use your office to 'practice' my skills and techniques. Thank you for this exciting opportunity. "

Should I add anything ........................ ??

You did not mention your scholastic achievements like graduating at the top of your class in Clown College (where you and I met incidentally)

You don't need to write a letter if you haven't got the job yet.

excellent

Simply marvelous.

its very good to me, i dont think you need to add anything else.

It's great .

sounds good

sure sounds good =]

its a very nice letter

too many thank yous but pretty good.

Sounds perfect!

Don't listen to the first 'dummy'! You should always write a nice note after an interview. But don't send gifts. That's a little weird. I knew someone who sent things like fruit baskets and I think he'd end up creeping people out.

I'd just sign off with a "Sincerely,"

writing a thank you note will not get you the job, so don't...

if you didn't make a good first impression and have the skills, sending notes will not help you.

wuts a Ventriloquist?

too many thank you's.
maybe mix
"Thank you for letting me use your office to 'practice' my skills and techniques. Thank you for this exciting opportunity. "
alltogether.

Maybe.. Looking forward to hearing from you.. OR looking forward to a future with your business

nice, good BIG words.. that means ur smart.. looks professinaly done good job :) i like it. I would so hire u!

im not trying to make fun of you but i dont think it's wise to send them a letter. it means like your trying to hard and your really desperate for a job. and even if you are then you dont want them to know it so hold off on the letter

It sounds great but the only thing that you should fix is that you shouldn't be saying "thank you" over and over again because it makes you seem pretty desperate for the job. But overall it's a really nice letter.

That sounds really good and sincere, keep it short and sweet, and btw - what a cool job!!!

its perfect

I'm only a 14 year old but my dads a big boss and he got loads of letters like that. so sorry if this sounds like a put down but make it really personnel. And a ventriloquist are you being serious?

seriously now....how could he not hire you?

Wait til they call you & tell you, that you have the job! Then thank him in Person!! :) Goodluck!

Silly answer - me? My lips never moved.

Ummmm... wow... words can not describe how I feel right now.

i think it sounds really good; real professional. :)

SOunds good to me.. why did you say 'practice'?

sounds a little cheeky there is no need for a note..its a business and part of his job...just say thank you

subsitute word or phrase for thanks apart from that its good! good luck

Sounds great.

And in addition - I would write it out (if you have neat handwriting). Shows that you took the time and effort to do it the old fashion way.
