Okay, classic rockers! Who's # 5 on your all-time favorite bands list?!
Question: I think most would agree that the top 4 all time bands are Beatles, Stones, Who & Zep. But #5 leaves some room for discussion. I have my own ideas, but I wanted to know what you all think… (Note: JHE doesn’t count cos Jimi WAS the band.) Thanks!

Ok. Beatles # 1 without argument. Stones certainly. Zeppelin no sweat. Pink floyd without a doubt. The Doors need a mention. The Who have done far too much to not be listed.
But NickelBack and Creed have to be in there! OMG I nearly vomitted just saying that! That's not even funny. Christ I feel dirty.
Actually ACDC would be in there. The Kinks, Black Sabbath, Small faces.
hold on there tiger i like the who also but that does not give them free ride to the top five my number 4 would be elo and number 5 U2 or Queen you couldn't do bad with either and for the record people who plan on bashing elo as my pick their body of work is just as extensive as the who check the top 40 hit lists
If Bob Dylan isn't on that list, in your Top 3.. then, you're sadly uninitiated to what motivated all 4 your named, and the Rolling Stones to even names themselves...
P.S. - Chuck Berry and Eric Clapton (who played for how many bands, over how many decades?)... should also qualify before you get to Pink Floyd, Doors and Jimi Hendrix.. was The Who one of the 1st bands elected into the Hall of Fame? Elvis would even qualify, before 2 of the 4 you picked.

I see a distinct generation gap here and a disconnect between classic late 60s to early-80s rock and 80s schlock rock.
