20 minutes is the best for an afternoon nap; and that amount of time will not affect your sleeping schedule.

well researchers have said that a 20 minute nap is better for you body if you sleep longer than 40 minutes then your body will think that it is night time and will want to sleep the other 7 hours also

I'm gonna cuddle up with William and Charlotte to see. Wanna join us...four people at an hour each? We can all clock out right on time.

If you have not had any sleep at night, it should help.
Specially in Summer or in warmer countries, people have an afternoon siesta to freshen up the system.

Yes, we call that a "power nap."

An hour ruins me. I go into a deep sleep within that amount of time. 15 minutes max for me.
