If i eat health how would it benifit me when i get older?!


Question: hey everyone im 15 years old and decided i wanna be health dispite my location(bronx,ny and theres awhole lot of junk food junkies over here lol )and i wanna know what can i eat 2 be health and what will it do and if i contine 2 do healthy things how will it benifit me when i get older

well, you're a teen so right now drink tons of milk and get as much calcium as you can...this is your banking period, where it stores all you extra calcium for old age. Then only eat vegetables, and now and then, when you're really craving meat you can eat it. But eat only vegetables for now, Cause vegetables are just so damn healthy. And excercise one hour a day. weights, running, that kinda thing. And and when you're fifty you'll feel like you're thirty. and you might walk quite well till you're 65-70 or even older
good luck, cause i hate seeing miserable old people, it's too sad.

Hmmmmm, let's see. It will make you healthier, you won't become obese, you will be more energetic, and you will have stronger bones!
I'm younger than you and even i know that!

you'll be less likely to have heart disease, high blood presure, clogged artiries, etc. plain and simply: you'll probley have NO heart troubles if you eat healthy now. you will also have stronger bones, kidneys, etc. good choice to start now! i've tried to eat healthy but those chips are too tempting, lol
