I have often pondered that very same thing!
I don't pay the heat bill but I really couldn't care less about global warming. I think it's all just a big joke. That, or I won't see it in my lifetime.
Global Warming is a gradual change over time. Just because some places are still cold doesn't mean that global warming isn't real. Don't be an idiot.
Big business corps will find any way to make a buck. Look at the price of gas compred to what a barrell of oil actually costs. Multinational co. run this planet.
It is because the cost of gas and electricity keep rising. This winter is more like a winter of the 70's. The past several years, it has been much more mild. Global warming is no big deal for the planet itself. It has been much hotter and colder in the past (ice ages, etc). Global warming will mostly affect the mammals on this planet and not much else.
