Question: I work at a bank, and the loan dept always say, 'I dont want to see so and so, if they come direct them to someone else' so when that person shows up I just say, "they didn't want to see you, they asked to direct you to yadda yadda"

No, I cant lie to customers. There is so much backhanded crap in my line of work, I think its what is driving me to leave and enter a career of serving coffee.
I think that's why they moved my friend to the closet sized room to do coding instead of answering phones. She didnt even get a computer!!
