Sometimes I dream I'm fighting kung fu or in some martial arts senario, and always wake up as if a shock went thru my whole body, always get shocked at this. Yes I dreamt of being shot, before but nvr seen the gory parts, always wake up after being hit (during fighting) or shooting.
I always think I watch too many martial arts drama and films lol, nothing too frightening just thrilling in the morning

nvr had a dream like that, but i dreamt crying and i wake up crying, a few times before
everyone has dreams, you might have had this dream because you may of watch or heard something with guns, and the headache was probably from either too much stress for the brain from the dream or it could of been from a change in sleeping pattern
I see flashes and stuff when my eyes first close when I go to sleep, I think its just my eyes adjusting to the darkness.
That has happened to me, except it wasn't about getting shot in the head.
I was in K-mart and they had this device which released a sound (UFO sound in garageband I think), then it got louder and louder and I knew it was a dream but I couldn't control it. I tried harder and harder, until finally I woke up and the sound stopped. My head was throbbing and the hairs on my head, neck and arms rose. Flashes of light seemed to beam from outside my window. I convinced myself it was just cars passing buy. I prayed to the lord, my heart was still beating fast. Just thinking about what just happened. Its nothing I said to myself quietly, hoping "it" couldn't hear me.
No but i once dreamt that i really nearly to go toilet and i finally found one then when i woke up i was wetting the bed!

No but I have had a dream where I was stabbed and the covers kind of shifted at that very moment causing me to wake up fighting.
Nope, most of my bad dreams involve falling or something I can't remember.
