I think there is a debate with regards to how we are different and why we are different. There is "Nature" with the hormone difference. There is "Nurture" regarding how boys and girls are raised differently with expectations of society. Boys are required to suppress their display of sorrow (crying) and display aggressiveness. Girls are raised to suppress their assertiveness and be people pleasing-keeping the peace. They are allowed to show emotions of sorrow by crying.
To condemn Hilary for becoming emotional is as not logical. To say that "proves" she is unable to be trusted to perform the job of President is similar to the age old claims of woman cannot serve in the Military, as Police Officers. as Fire Fighter-all of which have been proved WRONG.
