Very. I learned it's important to be honest when you are trying to get employed.

10, but were all not perfect and we can't live up to what we have filled out on the application always...

10, but i got my last job because of my smile LOL funny that being on Reception in a top Hotel then i moved onto another Top Hotel's Reception, guess i had brains to begin with then! LOL :)

9. I've been on the same job for 7 years but I know I forgot actual dates when I applied...

10! Got to be 100%. Anything less is something that will haunt you, and could come (or be invited) back.

My honest answer? 10.

On a job application you have to be very honest. If sometime later they found out you lied you can be fired without having any cause to object. That said, there is nothing wrong with wording things to make you look better and not putting in things that make you look bad (except as the result of a direct question). Rembember that you can't come across to the interviewer as claiming to be perfect. You will almost always be asked how you think you could improve yourself. Answer this one carefully. I alway said, "I should try to be more patient. I've always had a problem being patient with co-workers who don't give 100% effort to their job". Niiiiiice. :-)

I'm honest for the most part, so I'll say ... 9.0
