You probly think too much when you're trying to fall asleep, and then get stressed out that you're not asleep yet. When my sleeping problems were really bad, I found marijuana very useful (because it makes it easy to not think) And honestly, when you're stoned, you might find it hard to stay awake!
Maybe u overslept the last time u were sleeping.
You're on a diet and aren't eating enough carbs
You been thinking about someone that you really care. Or...............maybe there's a monster in your closet.

and can't stop asking Q & A....that's why
could be many things;
if you drink (alcohol obviously) this can affect your sleeping patterns
If you got too much sleep or (too little sleep this can make you overtierd) this will obviously affect you
Caffine- including the caffine found in chocolate if eaten less then 5 hours before you try to sleep
If you have not excercised enough to drain your supplies
If you are anxious or depressed
If you do not eat certain B vitamins
If you have a thyroid problem (usually sleeplessness isnt the first symptom with this)
If you are suddenly gaining weight or are at a low weight or loosing weight
If you are over exited
If you havent been able to wind down, ie not just walking in from a night out and expecting to drop asleep, it wont work, you need to slowly slow down and rest and then you will sleep
Too much stimulation: tv, computer, lights, music...
