yessir. I was there once...lol. if you are at your limit, you can check out the rules and it tells you how many questions you can ask/answer for each level; and the number of points you need to get to move on to the next level up.

she got shot back down, bc she either answered a lot of questions (5pts for each q asked) or got pts taken bc they were in violation.
On level 4 I had a limit of 30 messages. Not sure what the limit is here on 5.

I have never been "shot back down to level !" but I know that when you start out, you have a limit. So it does not surprise that you would get the same limit when "shot back down."
