Oh, Absolutely! Usually when I'm talking to a beautiful woman, I get all tongue-tied and often end up sounding like I'm mentally challenged! There are (of course) other times, but that's the #1 time!

not very often… more often we have a hard time narrowing the choices of what to say and how to say it down… if we’re thinking… ideally we’re acting with out bothering to think… usually dose best them…
