I don't think it can be considered as lying as you don't even know if it has happened yet! It's like weather forecasters, if their predictions don't come true then we don't accuse them of lying. The outcome of a prediction is beyond our control, unless we have the right things to make it happen. Hope this helps.

No i would say it is just a guess
all of mine have come true. You have to believe in your predictions and then they will come true and if they don't then it was all for the best anyway. If you make one and it did not come true then you need to work on your predictometer.
