i've known people who are both, and let me tell you its amazinglyyy annoying.
Overreactor. They usually want the attention because they are vain, narcissistic, insecure blowhards.
Paranoias with their shifty eyes will not overreact, they will just be going through millions of scenarios in ther mind about how to kill you.
