Actually it is cumin. I used it twice this weekend. I made a cream of green chile soup and tandoori chicken.
I like Cumin but I don't use it too much. I used Cayenne pepper a lot.

I'm very partial to cilantro. I used to always pick it out of my grandmothers garden becuase I loved the smell. she'd get mad than she would hit me with her slipper. ahh good times
I don't use that much but when I do I dole out about a large teaspoonfull at a time . My favorite spice is anus .
The taste improves after about 4 or 12 mixed drinks ....

can't say that i do, garlic is probably the most used flavor that i add, i buy it in the jar, and lots of onions too, i love Cinnamon, really, love it, i like a lot of curry's i don't know, i have a pantry full of seasonings, i love sage, it depends on what i am making but i HATE cilantro with a freakin passion, ick
