When did you get your first pager, cellphone, car phone, or blackberry?!


Question: I was in high school and had a pager.
Every since then, I have had some sort of car phone, then a BIG cellphone, then finally they got to a normal size.

Only one of those I've had is my mobile, and I got that about 20 years ago.

I was living a long way from home, my gran was dying, and the family needed to be able to contact me, so I went out and got one.
Oh yeah, I had one 20 years ago ... was the size of a brick. Report It

    I got my first cell phone during my first year of college.
    about six years ago i got a cell phone...no idea how i dealt with life before..cause its like another appendage now
    I had to get pagers to keep in touch with my employees a few years ago. Had them for just a few months. I want a blackberry! Maybe i will get one before the are history
    About two years ago I got a cellphone.
