I have no idea... I'm often curious about this because I never see the top contributors answering any of the questions.

I haven't a clue! It's seems to be a great mystery to me that no one seems to know the answers to this disturbing question that has gone unanswered for such a long time on Y/A,maybe these people the so-called Top-Contributors were nominated by Y/A some time ago to give the impression they are some kind of scholars who know all and tell all. All I know is that they have given me answers to some of my questions but that the answers were really no big deal,who knows!
I was asked if I wanted to be some time ago. I never bothered. ;-)=
i think you need lots of best answers in 1 category. I don't stick with just 1 so i will never get to be one. Raining?
