My guess is he is a troll who is posing as someone important, if he is harassing other users but isn't an actual Yahoo employee.
Ignore him it is the best thing to do, he is looking for attention and your giving it to him. If it will make you feel better block him. He isn't the one you should worry about reporting you, it is the wolves in sheep's clothing you should concern yourself with.
havent come across him yet ,,but thanks for the heads up on that one ... he has a lot of copy cats that go around harassing alot of people.. there are alot of bored people on yahoo that need to get a life instead of going around harassing peoples questions,, they take the fun out of this im ready to quit
A clue he answers with "no, good luck" every time! I spotted him on a site for the self righteous the community answers site a place were people go lick their bottoms. I love the new system blah blah blah! long live life had changed his name but had the same picture. But there are many I think if you read their nothing to say robot answers it may give us a clue, you may know the type I block suspects because they have nothing to contribute. They don't get it.
