Have you ever seen a biscuit tin in the moonlight?!

Question: What does that mean?

Answers: What does that mean?

I'm not sure that I can give you a definitive answer for this but I'll offer what I can.

A biscuit-tin is actually a cookie-tin (biscuit being a British word for cookie) and they used to be made with very elaborate designs. They were actually works of art.

It's possible that this question was meant to assert that these works of art are even more beautiful in the moonlight than daylight.

Hope this helps :)
