I like mine over easy, with the whites all the way cooked and the yoke still a bit runny and soft enough to spread on rye toast or mix with hash browns.

I dont like eggs but if i had to chose a omelet stuffed with sooo much stuff you couldn't taste the egg
I like over medium but I find that if I order them when I'm out only one cook in 20 gets them right, they're always runny like over easy.
