I love them both but Breaking Benjamin has to be my favorite of the two.
They are both horrible. 90% of bands on the radio (the other 10 percent would be public access, classic rock, or oldies) are terrible, corporate, crap.

it depends which songs, which albums and when cuz at times these bands were both pretty shitty but they're starting to get more on the main stream you should try listening to some less popular bands in this genre because they can be far more unique
they both suck but if i had to choose three days grace.try these they are much better madina lake and aiden
