Definitely GOLF! I enjoy playing and watching tennis, but in Golf you barely get any exercise whatsoever!
Golf is more boring than tennis in my opinion.
I find American football just as boring.

hitting the stupid ball into the stupid holes. Have to cut down trees, clear the big piece of land, just for this stupid game, just stupid and boring.
