Question: Ok, well today I asked my boyfriend of 52 years what he wants for lunch. He totally went crazy. He kept hitting the walls and stripping, and then he jumped out the window. These are usually his mood swings. I noticed he gets very moody around the time of his period. What should I do to make him calm down?

i usually just hit my bf,on the head,with a baseball bat,keeps him calm for those few days near his period....good luck
