I personally have not experienced weird dreams after the consumption of nachos, specifically, however often when any food product is eaten shortly before sleep, the digestion process tends to stimulate more prolific and interesting dreams. I've heard the same thing about eating pickels before bed. I'm not sure exactly why this is true, but it has to do with digestion.
No.... excessive heat and lack of proper sleep give me "weird" dreams.... among other things... but almost ALL my dreams could be classified as weird.
