I would make medical care a priority for everyone. I think its more important than a thousand other things. I think priorities are messed up. Without health you have nothing.

Right now i'm living on the edge-matey.
I don't want to rule the world (because someone would probably kill me eventually, I suppose), but if I did rule the world, there would be a LOT of changes made to try to help humanity redeem itself of a little of the evils it has created.
