Before I read the article that you linked, I was going to say something mean because I really don't like her. But this is just sad. Until she can prove that she is healthy physically and mentally (and yes that includes drug free), those kids need to be kept far away from her.
As to the scum sucking paparazzi, every one of them should be charged with obstructing justice, interfering with EMS workers, and endangering her life. Unless they were in the house with her, they had no idea what was wrong with her. If she needed emergency attention and couldn't get it in a timely manner due to those idiots, that is a crime. Even if she is dumber than a bag of hammers.
I think that what she needs to do is get away from the public eye, stop working, and get clean and sane. Then she can work her way back into her children's lives.

I certainly wouldn't be in the situation she's in now. I think she does it all for publicity...I just feel sorry for Jamie Lynn and Brits kids they have to be in the middle of all her craziness. In one of her songs she says that she wants attention...
Honestly, if I were her, I would check myself in for evaluation and get the help she so obviously needs. I would also, in the best interest of the children, give Kevin full permanent custody. Imagine the little kids having to watch their mother like this. It's just sad.
