i always try to trust them again after time but i finally found out that its impossible for me to trust someone that has hurt or lied to me before........
depending on what they lied about....

One time deal for me, after having given second chances before and getting screwed over again I changed the rules of the game.
Yeah, once and you're out, unless it's a really good girlfriend that knows what she did wrong and admits it.
depends what they had done, and how much you love that person, and was it a genuine reason xx
trust is sort of like a prejudgment...
we just prejudge differently...
it will never be the same...
but it might change into something better given time and understanding...

I'll still be friends, but I won't trust them again... ever. That is one of my faults that is repeatedly pointed out by friends and family and that I am not motivated to change.
Trust is a thing that grows, once it's destroyed it's pretty much gone.

She was one of my 7th grade teachers.
7th grade was a long time ago.
Like a REALLY long time ago.
But, to this day I still remember her saying that.
She started crying in front of the whole class because they stole this thing from her and it had her whole life in there.
She even had her wedding plans in there.
She was a really good teacher and she had all the stuff we were going to do and then one day one of her students stole it.
I think it's hard to trust once that trust has been destroyed.
Because of that one student she didn't want top trust us anymore.
