Question: yes,i saw a man in downtown Philadelphia in winter without shoes lying on a heater vent outside .
my older brother who had on two pair of sweat socks since it was so cold, took off his sneakers and layed them next to the man.i was very emotional about especially with it being christmas time and all.

Yes I have....It's not my business what he was doing out there barefoot. But...I didn't have to do anything (why would I?) He was standing in front of his own house. If he wants to be in the snow barefoot....what the heck am I to do about it?

there was a time i saw two girls without shoes outside our gate, asking for the mangoes that have fallen from the trees. i gave them fruits, also a pair of slippers for each.
india is full of people like that
you can see people everywhere like that
they cant afford slippers because if they do buy slippers they'll go hungry for months
