For me it's not the restraunt. I usually get grilled cheeses at restraunts (I'm a picky eater) but when I get chicken instead I get sick.

McDonald's- the people in there don't care about what you eat, the KFC around the corner here is really good actually, I have never gotten sick from them, but taco bell, yeah, I make my own tacos.

Burger King!!! While I was pregnant I spent two days in the hospital with food poisoning because of them. I hear it has something to do with them reheating the burgers after they are cooked.. (with mayo on them)... Either way, that's one place I do NOT eat at anymore.
