LOL It all depends on how you open it. Sometimes it will open it and sometimes it breaks off then you have to try to peel it off the candy--that's not fun.

personally i have never had a hard time opening one up...
I think that lil paper is meant to get you started on opening the foil... or maybe its just decoration.
its just for a cute look. itss original and when u see that u always know which candy it is and will never guess it to be anything else

That's a good question, I never thought about it before! But you're right. Why bother with the paper? It's always inside like a prize AFTER you get the candy open!!
I think it so we can enjoy it more, but I am not a chocolate girl, I am more of an apple pie type girl and I don't do that often...
