How can i capture a small mouse...................?!


Question: Shall i wack it with a broom or try and capture it and release it. I'm squeamish so find it hard to capture it and last time my mum caught a fat one, took it too the park and it came back.

Mouses are far too clever for mouse traps as last time it ended in the family chasing the mouse like in the movie mosue hunt!

Get some peppermint oil and put it on cotton wool balls round the house in places were you think the mouse is likely to pop its head out of, they hate peppermint so hopefully it will beggar off and leave you alone.

    you can get these plug ins which stop the mouse coming in to the house
    launch a missle at it
    Put something expensive in the middle of the floor or some important documents...they are attracted to expensive electronics and important documents...oh and food that everyone likes and for some reason not garbage. =) I say just use bb guns or something.

    we had two and killed one and were trying
    to get rid of one
    There are many ways to solve this problem. It all depends on how you would like to handle it. You can:

    1) get a cat
    2) get some traps (standard, glue, and/or electric).

    and/or

    3) get an electronic device that makes a noise that rodents (like mice) dislike so they stay away. Think of it like an electronic dog whistle but for rodents.

    plug a wire mesh mat into a plug socket & pop some cheese in the middle of it
