A small and simple one which I love a lot because I don't exactly have the "green thumb". To actually plant something and see it grow is a wonderful, stress-reliever! Whenever my plants grow another set of leaves and branches and flowers, I feel like yes, they're alive! It makes me feel so alive, too.
