Yeah, I don't go to bed until 4am because I can't sleep and my mum always tells me off and says it's because I messed up my internal clock, but I'm convinced it's insomnia.

I work graveyards(12am- 8am) so I have to be awake. When I am at work all I can think about is getting out of the cold ( I am a security officer and I have to be outside ALOT) and into a warm bed. Funny thing is by the time I go home I have trouble sleeping.
