You can choose 4 hours after posting the question. Just click the blue bar beside the answer you want to pick.
It depends on the question. Some question only require a correct answer and if the answer is given b4 the 3 days, then why wait. Other times the answers are often repeated answers.
Cause if you visit your question 4 hours or so it says Pick as Best Answer duh.
