I block the ones that seem horrendous. Not all of them have cursed at me, nor have all the ones who've cursed been blocked.
I did find out you can only block 200 IDs, so now I am going through and removing the ones whose accounts are gone.
I have had plenty of ones send me messages that were filthy, and yes they were quickly blocked.

Only the ones that are out to get my contacts. Cussing is one thing, I'm more likely to block someone for personal attacks that aren't necessary.
