Question: In bed, sound asleep. This is one night of the year I will not go outside. Too many morons shooting their guns in the air. Those bullets come down with deadly force, and have killed before, and will kill again. Then there's the drunk drivers. If you have access to a police scanner, turn it on tonight and listen around 11:45- 12:15, you'll see what I'm talking about.
