The last, in my family.
It's really quite annoying. I'm in regular contact with my father and siblings, but no one ever tells me anything that's happening. On Christmas Day last week, I met my nephews 3-month-old infant -- and I didn't even know the child had been born.
My siblings are always talking about how important it is that we all stay close [I'm the youngest, and I'm 45], yet I'm the only one who ever mentions anything going on in my life. Frustrating.

At work, it varies. But at home, I am the first to know.
i'm the last to know everything. in silly cases, like i was the last to know that my boss was allowing everyone to wear jeans to work on a saturday and i kept asking why everyone wasn't getting in trouble for breaking dress code. and i'm the last to know in serious cases, like when my husband had another girlfriend for 4 months and everyone at my work knew and were all fighting over who should have to tell me. i'm always the last to know, no matter how serious. it sucks.
Lot of times I'm the last, coz no one thinks it's important to tell me coz it benefits them not to, but other times, I know stuff other people don't know at all.
