Question: chicken-cheese balls... minced chicken is mixed with warm liquid cheese, and the mixture is made into small balls (size of ping-pong/table-tennis balls). These are then frozen to solidify. Add bread-crums on the balls before deep frying (or simply baking for the calorie conscious people ;) ) ... simply mouth-watering delicious!
