How do I get my brother to turn off lights?!
Question: My brother never turns the lights off or the TV off in his room, never. It is raising out electricy bill, and he doesn't care. Me and my mom are so tired of having to turn his lights off. I always ask him, but he never does.

How should I go about asking him, or what can I do?
Why not make -him- pay for the electricity bills? If he doesnt have a job yet, make him do chores to work off the money. That'll teach him the importance of shutting off those lights, and it'll be amusing.
