I"think" the pain when your giving birth but then for me thats also special cause your having a baby.....something i always feel happy about : )
Thinking someone you love is going to die, especially when it's your child.

I think lonesomeness, because although physical pain and depression etc may be harder to cope with, when your lonesome you don't have anybody by your side to re-assure you that everything will be ok. It must be really scary. Thanks for your question.
