Meets this criteria: 1. Must be beautiful 2. Must at least make good money 3. Have a nice wardrobe 4. Have more acquaintances than real friends 5. Be classy. How many divas do you know that are hussies? 6. Must be kind of self-absorbed and a need for constant attention 7. Lots of tacky gold jewelry 8. Claim to fame. They are a singer, actress, model, nudie pics, rich/famous boyfriends, something like that.

A diva is not just famous or rich. She has to have style and class, and an imposing personality.
Diva comes from italian and means "divine", "goddes". Usually this term was applied to actresses and opera singers but now is used to call succesful singers in any musical genre.
