You will have to check with your state but usually once the marriage is consummated its a divorce, next time date longer before getting married and you wont find yourself in this situation
i thought you could only get an annulment if the marriage turned out to be 'unlawful' in some way, and/or if it hadn't been consumated (you hadnt slept together)
