The Two Ronnies definitely. M&W were essentially always themselves, projecting their own personalities, whilst TTR were much more versatile in that they combined their different yet equally strong talents to create so many other diverse and memorable characters.

The Two Ronnies by a country mile. Barker was just a genius writer and actor and Corbett ( though very overlooked ) has the best comic timing ever.
I did like Eric Morecombes totally anarchic streak though.
