Yes, it is and I heard a long time ago that it means that you want to dominate and be head of the household in a marriage. Guess what? That used to be right. Now I have a lovely husband and we are evenly matched so it's all good.

Mine are about equal length, but I have seen many people whose second toe is longer. Its just the way God made them to be! No big deal.
