What does it take to become a top contributor?!
Question: I want to become one, but I want to know the EXACT number of questions you must answer in a period of time and what % must you get best answer?
I heard it was 10% but I don't know anything else!

10% best answer in a particular category, and at least 30 best answers in that category. Does not apply to P&S. There are no top contributors in this category.
you wont get it in P/S's,were not worthy
Need 10% or more best answer, and need to be level 3 or higher.
Have a source if you can find one also..
I think that's right but I'm not sure. Polls & Surveys doesn't do TC (for obvious reasons) so don't waste your time there.
