Most of pop "culture" in the U.S. All the over-saturation of diversion and mediocrity is turning children [and even some adults] into morons.

That sounds like a few people I used to work with at my place of employment!!! LOL It could apply to children, young adults, or adults. Sometimes the body grows physically, but the mind stays far behind. You certainly see it during road rage. When a person is inconsiderate of their own safety as well as other drivers, they are childish, immature, and irresponsible! Neighbors could display it also. When a neighbor is not considerate of other neighbors by being loud, obnoxious, rude, messy, or doing anything that could endanger their neighbor's safety or hurt their property values.
