What cheeses do you use when you make Baked Mac & Cheese?!

Question: I use Cheddar
Mozzarella
Swiss
Monterey Jack
and a little American.

Sounds good. I use a sharp cheddar and use some Velveeta. It's easier to melt and starts the other cheeses to melting.

pepper jack is really good

cheddar or velveeta

all of those except cheddar, it's only good on crackers and sanwiches....it doesn't melt well either.
